1. Use of College Bound Forms Material and College Bound Forms Services; Grant of License

College Bound Forms grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use forms on the Site (the “Forms”) for your own personal use. If you are an organization, a purchase allows one individual within your organization to exercise on an exclusive personal basis the rights granted by these Terms. 2. Payment

To access College Bound Forms Products, you must provide credit card information to College Bound Forms as required by the Site. College Bound Forms will charge your credit card in accordance with displayed pricing in return for access to the Site and College Bound Forms Services.

3. Legal Advice, Information and Decision Making Responsibility

We are not a law firm and may not perform services performed by an attorney. Neither we nor our employees are acting as your attorney. 10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under these Terms shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within Palm Beach County, Jupiter, Florida.

12. General

College Bound Forms makes no claims or representations that the Site may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of the United States. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. In addition, College Bound Forms failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not be deemed as a waiver of such term or otherwise affect College Bound Forms ability to enforce such term at any point in the future.
Document storage – The originals should be kept in a safe place. It is recommended that you have the documents readily available either on your smart phone or home computer. It is also recommended that your child keep a card in their wallet that states that he/she has these documents and where they can be found. A blank card will be provided to you with your order for your convenience.

Revisions and Corrections – Please proofread your documents before finalizing your order. You are ultimately responsible for proofreading your documents.

Payments – Payments are made through a 3rd party. We have no access to your banking or credit card information. We do not share your personal information with any 3rd parties.

Refunds- All payments are final.
