Turnaround time – Documents will be provided within 5 days of the date of your order. Most orders will be filled earlier, but we cannot guarantee.
Document storage - The originals should be kept in a safe place. It is recommended that you have the documents readily available either on your smart phone or home computer. It is also recommended that your child keep a card in their wallet that states that he/she has these documents and where they can be found. A blank card will be provided to you with your order for your convenience. We do not retain your documents. As a courtesy we will keep them for 30 days.
Revisions and Corrections – Please proofread your documents as soon as you can. You are ultimately responsible for proofreading your documents. As a matter of policy we will make any corrections for 30 days at no additional cost.
Payments – Payments are made through a 3rd party. We have no access to your banking or credit card information. We do not share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
Refunds- All payments are final.
